Q: How do I get a
free estimate?
A: To get a free estimate, simply click the
“Contact” tab at the top of the page and follow the steps. Or you

Q: How long does a roof install take?
A: The time it takes for a roof install
depends on the size, slope, and shape of the roof we are working on.
Even though most of our jobs are wrapped up in one day, occasionally
larger jobs may take us two, but no longer than that.
Q: Do you follow city requirements and
specs?
A: Of course we do! At Select, we go above and
beyond city and state requirements. That’s why we implemented the
50-point install process to ensure all jobs, no matter the size, are
treated equally and completed with the highest level of standards.
Q: Does Select pull all
required permits?
A: Yes, we take care of all permits.
Q: Is Select insured?
A: Yes, we carry two million dollars of
liability insurance and workman's compensation..
Q: Do you have subcontractors or
employees?
A: At Select, we only hire the best roofers in
the business and we DO NOT use subcontractors, unlike some of the
larger companies around town.
Q: Do your employees speak English?
A: Yes, everyone on our staff speaks English
and is an American citizen.
Q: How long will I have to pull nails and
debris out of my lawn?
A: You will not have to one bit. We tarp all
sides of your home, and upon completion we run a magnetic rake over
your lawn to pick up loose nails which we dispose of along with your
old shingles at the dump.
Q: How many nails do you use in each
shingle?
A: At Select we use a total of six (6) 1¼ inch
nails in each and every shingle we install.
Q: What happens if it rains the day my job
is scheduled?
A: Well our work is definitely weather
permitting, and Mother Nature always has the final say…….just expect
us out there the following clear day.
Q: How long is the guarantee valid for?
A: Our guarantee is valid for 10 years to 30
years on our install process, and 30 years to a lifetime on the
shingles.

Q: Do you truly have a 2 hour response
time on emergencies?
A: We were the first in the industry to meter our success based off
our response time and with the restoration end of the business we
can deal directly with your insurance agent if the problem wasn't
caused by us.
